The fine folks at family have whipped up this festive hot chocolate with our Scotch Whisky Butterscotch. 9 out of 10 elves recommend it (1 in 10 preferred the Scotch Whisky Syrup with theirs). Here’s the recipe so you can taste it for yourselves. Enjoy!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
142ml double cream
100g milk chocolate
8 tsps Scotch Whisky Butterscotch
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Squirty cream, marshmallows and candy canes to decorate
1. Break up the chocolate into small pieces. Add the chocolate, milk and double cream to a pan.
2. Gently bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Mix in the Scotch Whisky Butterscotch and cinnamon.
4. Pour the hot chocolate into four mugs and decorate with squirty cream, marshmallows, and a candy cane.
