Ingredients (makes 1):

3 tablespoons whipped double cream
2 shortbread fingers
1 meringue
1 tablespoons Whisky Butterscotch sauce
Scotch Whisky Syrup

  1. Put the whipped cream into a sundae dish.
  2. Break the shortbread fingers and the meringue into small pieces and mix into the whipped cream.
  3. Pour over the Whisky Butterscotch Sauce and stir through the dessert.
  4. Chill and serve topped with Scotch Whisky Syrup
